Pre-poured sterilized Malt Extract and Peptone AGAR treated with Gentamicin Sulfate antibiotics to ensure healthy cultures.
AGAR is shipped in the sealed sterile sleeves seen in the pictures. Individual dishes inside of the sleeve are not sealed with Parafilm. We do this to keep the prices lower than our competitors and to ensure a faster fulfillment time. If you would like parafilm strips included in the order, there will be an additional fee of $1.00 per strip. Each strip of parafilm is 4 inches long and 1 inch wide. Just email or call us and we'd be more than happy to add it to your order.
