Want fresh gourmet mushrooms all year long? Then, these dehydrated mushrooms are just what you're looking for. We currently offer an Oyster Mushroom Mix, Sprekeled Chestnut, Lions Mane, Morel, Porcini, and Chanterelle. The Oyster Mix Contains a varied amount of Blue, Pink, Elm, King Blue, Golden, Pathfinder, and King Oyster. Just follow the instructions on the packaging (or click here) for repurposing dried mushrooms and you will have fresh mushrooms to add into any meal in 20-25 min.
Each package of dehydrated mushrooms contains the equivalent of 1 pound of freshly harvested mushrooms and is sealed for freshness. Mushrooms can last up to 24 months if stored in original packaging with closed zipper lock in cool dry place.
I am such a fan. These taste so fresh, and soften up like they've just been picked. So far I've only put them in a lasagna, but I'm excited to put them in literally everything now.
